Meet Duncan!

[Renamed "Baxter"]

Duncan came to us with 6 weeks of quiet time left on a heart worm treatment. We weren't quite sure of what to expect, however we could tell that he had been abused. We pampered him with food and love and tried to make him feel a part of this family. The name Duncan didn't seem to suite him, so we changed his name to Baxter. Our female dobie bonded with him quickly and the two of them are inseparable. After about a year of a traditional fence, we decided to change things up and placed an electric fence around most of the yard. This really brought out Baxter's true happiness to be with this family and I can honestly say, his tail (or nub) has never moved this much.

Heartworm free and 40 pounds heavier, he's the best thing that has ever happened to this family.
